We use Site5 to host our email and we read it through MS Outlook and Gmail. Anyone who emails us or uses the contact and enquiry forms on this website will have their name, email address, phone number, operating system, browser and remote IP address. There are consent boxes on the forms to agree to this. Emails are hosted on the server indefinitely.
